TAI CHI FOR ARTHITIS

In 2016, we filmed a workshop in Fairfax VA where Sigung Clear showed his personal method of healing arthritis. Sigung Clear, himself was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in his teens, and through these methods, has made it into his 50s without feeling its effects.

Unfortunately, the noise in the room was wreaking havoc on our audio. After much work to salvage it, it is now in a workable state, but it falls below our standards in audio quality.

We will soon be filming another workshop for Arthritis patients, but in order to get the product out to those who need it as quickly as possible, we are releasing this cut early.
