Woke up this mornin’
feel ‘round for my shoes…

You know ’bout that baby,
got them golden bell blues.

That feeling you get when you’ve let your Iron Body training slide.

You get distracted,


…one thing leads to another and next thing you know a couple months go by and you haven’t been doing any of it. Then something clicks and you think “man, I felt so much better when I was doing that. Why’d I ever stop?”

For me it was mentioning the Iron Body video to you guys over the last couple days.

I woke up this morning and thought,

“wait a minute, I’ve mentioned how great this stuff is for two days now and yet I haven’t been doing it.

How did that happen!?

…and when did I stop working on that?”

Turns out it was a couple months ago.

I’ve got no excuse…

With a little practice, much of the Golden Bell training can be worked into your daily activities.

No matter how busy I was I could have worked on it.

So starting this morning before I start answering email, before I get started on any of the dozen projects I’m working on and before I discovered whatever problems appeared overnight that I have to solved…

I’m going to dig out my Tai Chi Iron Body video, watch the first couple chapters, and start working through it again.

One piece at a time.
