Tai Chi Moves for Beginners – Cloud Hands

There are many Tai Chi moves that are suitable for beginners. This is a Tai Chi move called “Cloud Hands.” It’s the sixth move in the “Big 8 Move Set.” However, you don’t need to know the whole set to practice this move.

Each move in Tai Chi can and should be practiced by itself. Beginners should practice the moves individually so that they can become familiar with them before trying to do a complete set. More advanced students can also use this to gain a greater understanding of both the body mechanics and the energetics that each move utilizes.
